Unless otherwise agreed, our rich breakfast buffet is already included in the room price and is shown at 9 euros on the invoice. For business travelers, breakfast can also be shown on the invoice as a business package.
We charge 14.50 euros for your external guests (passer-by breakfast) who would also like to take part in our rich breakfast buffet.
Individual reservations must be canceled free of charge in writing up to 7 days before arrival. After that, up to 80% of the room rate can be charged.
Group reservations can be canceled free of charge in writing up to four weeks before arrival. 50% of the reserved rooms can be canceled three weeks before arrival at no cost, two weeks before arrival only 25% of the room contingent can be canceled free of charge. Subsequent cancellations can be charged at 80% of the room rate.
Separate cancellation periods apply to special offers.
We ask that you always make cancellations in writing.
All prices include the statutory value added tax.
However, the city of Bernkastel-Kues levies a city tax of currently 1.50 € per person per day. City tax payers receive the Bernkastel-Kues guest card in the hotel. This offers you numerous discounts during your stay. City tax is levied locally. It will be charged to your room account and payable at the hotel. Children up to the age of 18 are exempt from city tax. (The guest contribution is not included in the room prices.)
